It involves gentle stretching, pulling, kneading and other techniques to free up the tensions stored in the joints to help you reconnect with your body. (you remain fully clohed)

Aromatherapy Massage $80/75 min.
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils. Essential oils can have many different effects on the body, mind and spirit. After a consultation, enjoy an aromatic and therapeutic massage with a customized blend of pure essential oils added to an organic massge oil.

Is the application of pressure to specific points in feet or hands. It reduces stress by inducing deep relaxation. It improves the circulation and helps in cleansing the body of toxins. (you remain fully clothed)Application only

Is the application of hands in conjunction with water-heated basalt stones. this unique therapy target specific area of teh body as well as the body as a whole. It creates sensations of comfort, ralxation and warmth. Benefits include deeper relaxation, continuous therapy, increases relief to stress muscles and detoxification.

Cranial Sacral $70/60 min.
Cranial Sacral is teh application of gentle holding techniques to bones of the skull and sacrum (lower back area) to achieve balance and function in the nervous system. This modality has been developped to free the natural flow fo the cerbral-spinal fluid. It helps relieve tension, TMJ, headaches, neck and bakc pain, migraines, allergies and more.
