I will help you break through old barriers and develop new practices so you can reach your desired goals, as well as establishing accountability for personal and professional success while celebrating every step with you! I am passionate about passing along all the wonderful tools I've discovered along my self discovery journey, through customized sessions to your individual need My experience and training will help you bring relaxation and harmony into your life by encouraging physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance. BIO: I live with my husband of 20 years and her two teen daughters in beautiful Pacifica, California. Besides serving
and celebrating other women's life and visions, I enjoy painting, writting, hiking, swimming, yoga and day dreaming!
Originally from France, I moved to America and fell in love with California in
1991. During my childhood I was introduced to many alternatives to western medecine, including herbs, aromatherapy, reflexology
and diverse other therapies. This influence shaped my awareness about the body's ability to heal when supported with natural
remedies and restorative treatment, and lead me to service and support others. I first found Reiki during a critical time of my life where I was looking for answers, for finding out truly who
I was. I was in a physical, emotional and spiritual crisis.
In December 2001, I took my level 1 Reiki
training and was profoundly awaken to a new part of me. Besides feeling some resistance and fear, I also felt it was something
I needed to explore and learn more of it. So, I went on and took my Level II training 2 weeks later. I never thought that
one day I will be teaching this incredible healing system who also promotes spiritual and personal growth. However as I progressed
in my journey and spiritual path, I received my level 3 attunement. It opened up a path of self discovery and awareness.
I went on and got certified in massage therapy, Aromatherapy, cranial sacral, and in other vibrational and
energetic healings. Recently I finished my training from San Francisco State University to become a Life Coach. My training and background
I believe that when we connect with our heart and live life from a sacred space, we become co-creators of our own life. When we can connect and live with unconditional love, without attachment to the outcome, we can clearly be a clear channel of compassion, love and healing energy. We ought to be responsible for our own life and take actions. |
